MOON LONDON GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Moon London is our trading name. For the purpose of these terms and conditions of web site use, Moon London means www.moonlondon.com. These terms and conditions govern your use of www.moonlondon.com and purchase of goods or services from the site. By continuing to access the Moon London site, you are accepting and consenting to these terms & conditions, which may be updated at any time – we, therefore, recommend a regular visit to this page. Your continued use of the site signifies your agreement to any modified terms and conditions.
TERMS OF SALES
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We must receive the payment in whole. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or ament order once they have been placed.
IMPORT CHARGES OUTSIDE THE UK
We ship worldwide and prices on our site are shone in Pounds Sterling. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
PRICE
The prices payable for goods are shown on the product pages and are correct on the date the customer places the order. They include VAT and are in UK Pounds. Any prices shown in printed material (except for errors/emissions) are correct at time of printing but are subject to change without any prior notice
DELIVERY
The delivery prices for orders are set out in our Delivery & Returns section. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Items will be sent to the delivery address provided at time of order – it is your responsibility to ensure this is correct. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to international countries are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Goods purchased from Moon London may be returned within 14 days of purchase (UK customers) or 21 days (International customers) providing that the items are unused and in their original condition & packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are sent under free shopping & inherence cost it will be detected form refund payment. If you are returning custom Gift wrapping items. Cost of the gift wrapping will be deducted for refund. Customised items, e.g. special orders, engraved orders etc are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
FAULTY ITEMS
We check each item carefully and photograph them while packing each order. We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Moon London jewellery. Please get in touch with Moon London within 24 hours after receiving your order.
DISCOUNT CODES
Moon London may offer promotional discount codes, which may apply in respect of orders made at moonlondon.com These codes may only be used on full-price items and cannot be used in combination with any other offer or discounts. We retain the right to withdraw or cancel a discount or promotion at any time. Our 10% off first order promotion, when you sign up to the newsletter is valid on orders over £30.
LATE OR LOST DELIVERY
We advise all items are delivered to home addresses as if an item is delivered to an office, and it can sometimes go missing if signed for by a colleague or left in an unknown place. We cannot refund or replace lost items. Items that are delayed are not in our control as once we hand over the parcel to the Royal Mail or any other chosen courier company, and we no longer have control over the item.
LIABILITY OF GOODS
Suppose the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged or the wrong quantity. In that case, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 24 hours after receiving the delivery. If you do not receive goods ordered within 7 working days of the date you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 8 working days of the date you ordered the goods. If you inform us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be to redeliver, refund or replace any damaged item.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail. You will be provided tracking details once your order is dispatched to keep track of your order. So far as permitted by law, we exclude any liability for loss or damage of any kind consequential from the use of the site.

The entire content of the website, including all designs, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, including the use of the name Moon London is the sole property of Moon London and its licensors.
ENTERE AGRREEMENT
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Moon London in respect of the sale, purchase and use of our goods. They replace any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing. From time to time our site may also contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We do not guarantee that this site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that errors will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through this site.

These terms and conditions and every transaction will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
