CHRISTMAS 2021 RETURNS POLICY

We have extended our Returns policy for any items ordered for Christmas presents. Please e-mail us by Tuesday 4th January 2022 if you would like to return or exchang an item. We will reply with details of how to do this. All items must then be returned to the by Friday 8th January 2022. support@moonlondon.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES   

We want you to fall in Love with Moon London jewellery. If you still wish to exchange or return, we are happy to help you to exchange or provide a refund.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return. Naturally we can only accept returned items that are unworn or unused and item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please also check our list of return Exceptions below to make sure your item is eligible for exchange or return.

All you need to do to start a return, you can e mail us at support@moonlondon.com. Please don’t forget to include your Name, Order number and your reason for the return. You will then get instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please make sure you keep the proof & tracking deals for all UK and international returns.

We will let you know when your item is safely back with us and we have processed the refund. We aim to have your money refunded to you within 1-4 working days of the item being returned. Orders sent out with free delivery will have their free delivery cost deducted upon the item being refunded.

For UK returns Moon London recommend returning your items using a Royal Mail Signed for Delivery that you can keep track of your return. Using an alternative tracked delivery service does not affect your statutory rights. The returns policy for items on sale is the same as our returns policy noted above. We will only make a refund for an item we receive in its original condition.

International Returns

Please use your reliable postal services. Refunds will be made within 5-8 working days of the date of the order we received your return. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's card. Orders sent out with free delivery will have their free delivery cost deducted upon the item being refunded. support@moonlondon.com

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: Bespoke, made to order & all earrings are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

Gifts - Received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts returns can be made within the regular return period and attached with a copy of the original receipt.

Damages and issues 
We carefully check each item individually while packing the orders for dispatch. Please inspect your order as soon you received you order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Personalised, Bespoke Items & Made to Order:

Items that are made-to-order, personalised or engraved, are non-refundable.
